PARAMETERS FOR PROJECT DEVELOPMENT (WTTP) |

There are 4 parameters that have been followed for the development of the World Taekwondo Training Program (WTTP). With the filming of over 2,600 exercises, we have covered all of the areas and ages for the development of an athlete, from the introduction to the sport, to beginning competition, followed by an extensive program of high performance exercises.
The first parameter involves developing specific motor skills and their relation with the physical, technical, and tactical training elements of Taekwondo.

4th Parameter: Training Dynamics (3)
- Simple Dynamics, of 1 movement
- Double Dynamics, of 2-3 movements
- Multiple Dynamics, of 4 or more movements
